November Events

I apologize for infrequent blog posts, but I was down for 12 days
with a severe gluten reaction, vertigo, digestive issues, severe headache
and pain in my neck and shoulders. I could not drive or leave my house.
A medication I was given for a dental abscess in preparation for a root canal had gluten in it.
Life lesson for today:
Please take people seriously when they say they can not eat gluten due
to Celiac disease or Non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS).

For weeks the three chapters of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Madison County Kentucky had been planning an Armistice Centennial Remembrance Ceremony.
The event took place in Richmond on November 11, 2018, and
was an amazing event with World War I artifacts, memorabilia and historic displays.

The event was attended by the Kentucky State Regent, State Vice Regent and
Kentucky's Vice President General.
In addition to beautiful music and speakers, the Madison County
forty-five WWI casualties were memorialized.
