Afternoon Tea at Butchart Gardens in Victoria, B.C.

We thoroughly enjoyed afternoon tea at Butchart Gardens.
Austin and I were very pleased they served a gluten free version of their afternoon tea menu.

I ordered the 100th Anniversary Blend, described as:
A light black tea blend of Darjeeling, black Hunan and gunpowder

The first course was the English trifle

Each of us had our own three-tiered server with
Signature house scone served with fruit preserves and Devon-style cream
Traditional savories and sandwiches (there were seven!)
Sweets (four)
We also ordered the tasting of three unique wines, above.

After our fun adventures at Butchart Gardens, we traveled on the
return bus to The Empress Hotel, approximately 45 minutes.
